The `--notebook` flag should incorporate cache_path if different from default

If you generate a notebook from a store full run, the notebook doesn't set up the manager with the correct corresponding path

Specifically it doesn't look like it's registering that it's reproducing a full store, the report shows that it knows it was a reproduction, we're just not taking this into account for the notebook
