13BL processing
Opened this issue · 5 comments
Started on CANFAR at about 12:00 on June 4th.
This processing was halted and then restarted at 18:00 June 6th.
The process.sh script contains the angles/width that are seated and the destination directory for the outputs. The original submission used the wrong angle/width/destinations (used 13BH values).
@mtbannister @brettgladman the processing for 13BL is still running this AM. Looks like I am only getting ~5 slots on the cluster so about ~12 more hours before all finished.
Processing finished at about 2PM today.... There are few issues with the planted shifts on a few field/ccd sets... but the completion rate is very high. BLINK AWAY.
25 files have so far been identified as having shift failures. These have been quarantined:
a) I check there are no corresponding .reals.astrom existing in /13B-L
b) check the lock_holder to make sure the .cands matches what people reported in the neighbouring issues
c) move the offending .cands.astrom to 13B-L/quarantine.
All file IDs JJ communicated via email in the trans_failed file have been moved to /quarantine. I deleted all associated .reals.astrom files; no nonzero-size genuine .reals.astrom existed.
L+0-1 was initially not processed. It has a multi-night triplet (Oct 5/6).
