Display descriptor: Add list of EDID product/vendor ID pairs

The display descriptor should contain a list of EDID product/vendor ID pairs.
These would be used by SteamVR-OSVR to tell SteamVR which display to use for direct mode. (SteamVR needs to know the EDID product/vendor ID.)
It should be a list to account for multi-input HMDs and for HMDs that have multiple values depending on firmware version and model (e.g., the OSVR HDK).
