Sound not working with mp3

Sound isn't working properly. Furthermore are key features missing, such as playing an mp3 or wav file. No proper Backend solution seems to be applied (No JBESound found). Following bugs should be fixed by this issue:

• Adding or fixing Javabackend solution
• Rework C-interface of Sound if necessary.

WAV file format is working perfectly fine when copied into the build-folder. MP3 is currently not supported by the acm-library in Java. Solutions are the following libraries:

• Javazoom, JLayer Player
• JavaFX, Sound
• JavaFX, Scene MediaPlayer
