securecodingdojo/insecure.inc container restarting

Hi,
I'm trying to build and run the SecureCodingDojo in local environment using Dockerfile.
I ran docker-compose to build and up the images, however have observed that after sometime the insecure.inc image is restarting and when I check the container log below error is found:

Can someone please help me resolve this error.
