What is "complimentary membership"?

On https://owasp.org/membership/?student=yes it says

I am requesting Complimentary Membership for OWASP Leaders

I didn't understand what that meant. I eventually found https://owasp.org/www-policy/operational/membership#complimentary-membership

I'm going to raise a PR to add that link to the text.
