Write tutorials with sample authentications on authenticationtest.com

I'm going to work on this first before updating the existing tutorials. Based upon my experience learning Raider, I think it's best to keep beginner tutorials focused on straightforward, generic examples from authenticationtest.com and distinguish walk-throughs involving real-world sites as advanced examples.
