Update existing tutorials to newest raider version

Current tutorials are a bit outdated since raider went thourgh big changes, so it needs to be updated and made sure it works.

I'll work on this after writing some beginner tutorials utilizing authenticationtest.com. In the meanwhile, I'll add an alert notice to the beginning of the existing tutorials letting viewers know they are outdated.
