Feature Description
Only allowing the bot to respond in whitelisted channels.
Not allowing the bot to respond in blacklisted channels.

@xSignificant Just implemented! [p]brainshopset allowlist and [p]brainshopset blocklist, as well as [p]brainshopset view for the current server settings.
