[BotAccess] Suggestion: Currency Reward for Supporters

Feature Description
When a user becomes a supporter in a "main server," a configurable amount of currency is instantly rewarded to the user. There could also be an option to continually reward them once a month for support.

• [p]botaccess set reward toggle

  • toggles the reward upon supporting

• [p]botaccess set reward interval <interval_in_days>

  • toggles continual rewarding every interval days for supporting

• [p]botaccess set reward amount <amount>

  • if Bank is not global, gives reward in the server in which the user supported, maybe the guild owners can use the toggle reward in their servers to incentivize boosting their server as well
  • if Bank is global then the above won't matter

• [p]botaccess set reward initialize

  • give the reward to those already supporting and start their "timer"

Additional Context
This feature will need a ticker to keep track of the supporters so that the instant reward can be awarded once a month and ensure a user can't keep "resupporting to" exploit.

Thanks for making this feature request! I edited the post to make some clarifications, especially related to the reward's "interval" as I think that it would be nice to have it be more flexible than every month. I'll work on this when I am available :)
