[RoleSync] Bug: Not Removing Role If User Left Server A

Description
There was a role sync between ServerA and ServerB. The user got the role. Everything fine. I have also got the flag that the bot removes roles. But the problem is, the user left ServerA but still has the role on ServerB. The cog does not remove the role in that situation?

Expected Behavior
The role should be taken away, if the user left the server it is synced with.
