[EmojiTools] Suggestion: Add a function to save any emoji from any message contents using a dedicated reaction

As the title suggests, I believe this could improve the cog tenfold. Being able to specify an emoji that when used as a reaction to any message would make emojitools save any emoji IN THE MESSAGE CONTENTS to the server itself.

So for example:

  1. I specify that ❤️ is my emoji saver reaction
  2. I see someone posting a message with a nice emoji I want to save
  3. I add ❤️ to that message
  4. Emojitools saves the emoji (or any emoji) inside the message I reacted to the server itself

Unfortunately Python is not my language and I'm not really a coder either, otherwise I would've done this myself.
