Fix roassal3 to transfer the repository to pharo-graphics/Roassal

Currently this version is not working properly with load full version menu item.
Complete the migration with @tinchodias and @bergel

Also before the transfer we should remove pharo-graphics/Roassal

Milton, do you have permissions in pharo-graphics to remove the repo just before doing the transfer?
