Add Prysm validator support

Problem to be solved
We want to support all validator client implementations. We currently do not support prysm validators.
Proposed solution
Once
- ObolNetwork/charon#1190 is complete.
Implement a prysm VC into this repo and validate that it works as part of a cluster. If successful update the prysm support checkboxes in the main charon repo.
Out of scope
This ticket should be sized as if Prysm validator support has been implemented on the charon side already.
