Challenge idea: Hiker and played cards debuff

if you use the "all played cards become debuffed after scoring" custom rule from the Double or Nothing challenge, the cards lose their extra chips while they're debuffed
but they come back if you remove the debuff by using a tarot card
you see the debuffed card doesn't score anything but when you remove the debuff it does score more than the card that had never been played
I think we could use this, hiker is the only way you can score but you have to have to be smart with tarots to actually use the extra chips on the cards
