Cube 2: Sauerbraten fatal error

I am trying to use a hack, so I replaced the Sauerbraten.exe with the hack's Sauerbraten.exe BECAUSE the README.txt that came with the hack's file
Here's the Readme.txt:

When I did that, I decided to start the game, after that it starts up like normally, then it has a texture spaz up, then a window appears saying.

when I press OK it closes the game. I TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES.
Not an OctaForge issue, closing - we're not Sauerbraten
