Water transparency

Water is not transparent when under it, you can see under it from outside, but you can't see outside of it from inside.
(May be a windows only error, and yes the drivers for my GTX 650 Ti are up to date)

I can here; try disabling water reflection with /waterreflect 0. Are you looking at some solid cubes from underwater?

That fixes it, at the expense of water quality.
setting it to /waterreflect 1 after that brings back the quality without breaking the transparency.
