Feature Request: Suppress specific topics

My printers are using Z-Hop which spams a lot of "event/ZChange" messages over MQTT. It would be great if it would possible to either not send ZChange messages specific (a checkbox in the options or so), or have a input field with topics which will not be sent.

I checked the source code, but since I am interested in the other gcode events POWER_ON, POWER_OFF and HOME, disabling gcode events does not solve my issue.
