Include a box to input the 2FA token for logging into Ely.by

Easier to log in with a 2FA enabled account

Ely.by account system allows for the use of 2FA with an authenticator app, currently I log it to PrismLauncher-elyby as follows

password:token

It would be easier and more intuitive if there was an input box to place the token
