Describe the bug
Spout Filter does not start sending images after machine restart or sceneset import.
I must go to properties of each Spout Filter in scene and click on "Change Spout Name" to turn it up.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

- Add some image or video source
- Add Spout Filter to it's filters
- Name your Spout
- Click on "Change Spout Name" button to start it sending with that name
- Check Spout with Spout Demo App - runs
- Restart your machine, start OBS or export and import sceneset
- Spout Filter is missing in available spout list on Demo App
- Go to props of your Spout Filter, click on "Change Spout Name"
- Spout starts sending
Expected behavior
Spout Filter should emit images Right after I open scene.
not nesessary I think

@honda2 Could you check to see if this latest release https://github.com/Off-World-Live/obs-spout2-plugin/releases/tag/v1.8 fixes this bug for you? Thank you
I'm having a similar issue, sometimes needing to click the "Change Spout Name" button multiple times to make it work.
It also doesn't work when you change scenes in OBS, and it will often 'freeze' the previous spout. Once again, pushing the button seems to fix it.
It also doesn't seem to matter if you actually alter the scene's name or not when pressing the button. I'm currently using Spout with Unity 3D using the "Any" option when receiving spout data.
The ability to 'reboot' spouts on scene load might fix, or at least minimize issues like this.
