How to install the plugin on Mac with M chips?

It seems that it can't be successfully installed to OBS on MacOS with M chips.

@crazysteeaam Spout is windows only. If you want to use on a Mac, you have to use Syphon and I believe that syphon is already native in OBS so you may not need a plugin
