Doesn't do anything

I was able to install the both, everything seems to be fine with he deployment and also was able to add it to a team/channel. I see the welcome message in the channel but that's it
When I click in Take a tour, the pop up shows but empty.
When I start a chat conversation with the bot, it says "you cannot send messages to this bot"
When I type "Icebreaker" in a channel conversation nothing happens.
How can I debug this?

Thanks for raising the query. Basically, it is a one way communication where for a scheduled time Icebreaker bot will matches you with the other members of the team and sends out a card. So it is not possible to send a message to the bot. Secondly yes nothing happens on typing Icebreaker in a channel conversation. We will check on take a tour functionality and keep you posted.
@hecbuma , Ideally this is the way take a tour will show up one after the other.
- If it is not working, please try deleting the app from the team, re-upload the Icebreaker app, add it to specific team again.
- Is this a fresh deployment, if yes, what is the procedure that has been done for zipping the file?
- Other than take a tour template, are you getting the matches template on a scheduled basis?
