Power Automate flow Fails

Description
Power Automate flow fails because the service account which I used to create the flow is not a member of the admin team.
Steps to reproduce
- After the configurations are done, go to the teams.
2.Click on the Request-a-teams app and create a team from template.
3.Complete the steps. But no adaptive card is posted in the admin channel of teams. - I have checked the teams Ids and channel Ids. All are correct.
- An error is shown in the flow saying no permission to access.
Expected results
Flow should be successful and adaptive card to be posted to the channel.
Actual Results
No adaptive card is posted in the admin channel of teams and an error is shown in the flow saying no permission to access.

Have you install the Flows with the Service User and has the Service-user permission on the "Request a Team Admin" Team ?
