Possible "This app cannot be found" error when debugging a new Teams app

Describe the bug
When you use a tenant other than your corporate tenant (like a M365 dev tenant), you may meet "This app cannot be found" error when debugging a new Teams app.

Workaround
This root cause of this error is Teams logs in your corporate account instead of your test account (like an account in your M365 dev tenant) when debugging. To workaround this error:

  1. Logout your corporate account in the opened Teams Web Client
  2. Login your test account to Teams Web Client in the same browser window
  3. Close the opened browser window to stop debugging and debug your Teams app again. You should be able to sideload your app.
