Find an alternative source of OpenSSL for AppVeyor

It's currently downloaded from http://slproweb.com/, but there's no way to say "give me the latest version" and they delete older versions, so the requested version in appveyor.yaml has to be manually updated when it stops working. It's also quite unreliable and may go down from time to time.
Please send help.
