Kismet: dragging goes the wrong direction

Dragging inside the kismet browser is counter-intuitive; dragging the mouse down makes the view go up. In the editor map viewports this is inverse; dragging down makes the view go down.
Suggested fix: invert the kismet dragging so that moving the mouse down makes the view go down as well.
