OldUnreal/Unreal-testing

Does now work on older Mac OS

Despite saying it works on Mac OS 10.9 it doesn't because it requires a metal framework (which wasn't introduced till 10.11) even when you do upgrade to 10.11 the game will run but the only rendering device that works is xopengl which is completely broken texterwise and is a texture mess, the rest however even metal and open gl refuse to work and crash the game

The Unreal Tornammet source port works fine on 10.9 and higher so I don't know what the problem is

I doubt this will ever get fixed cause there seems to be more of a push for m1 Mac's and newer but it still sucks. Also yes I am using the latest version at the time I'm writing this

MacOS 10.11 is a quite old one. Even 2019 Intel Macs are upgradable to the latest OS X 14.x Sonoma. So I'm not sure if this should be considered as a priority (at least for now).
