Bug when resuming a saved game

I just noticed, a bug that is quite identical to that "AI refuses to make the first move"-bug. It occurs, when you try to resume a game that you saved while the AI was thinking. The tiny gears in the upper right corner will be spinning forever and you will have to shut down BC via alt+F4...
Everything will just work fine, when you saved the game while it was your move.
