Where to put the integration?

Hi,

I'm using hass.io on an RPi4. I've got SRX and EX here that I'd like to use for device_tracker. Does this go under a custom component? Can I still use other trackers?

Yes, this is a regular custom_component
You can use multple trackers, just add the different platforms you need.
