Add homepage template

The homepage is the main hub for desktop users. It must be contained in the view section of the app, have three menu items (shown in the image below) and a office available status component (this can be basic for now).

This ticket is complete when:

• The homepage template is added
• The office status component is created (without ajax functionaity)
• The main text in desktop mode scales to the screen (lets use vw)
