Custom List Edit and Delete buttons still disabled when selecting item

For some reason when I am working with my webpart in production everything but add is disabled no matter what. I even looked at this repo's code and it looks like it should only be disabled if ID is 0 or null. I also get no errors.

This only seems to happen in production though. I don't have a problem when I use a site workbench.
