How to install using PHP?

So I'm using Composer to try to require the Material-Design-Discord files and it's done it successfully with a lot of hacking with the load file, essentially I temporarily forced to pull from the GitHub database instead of the Composer one. ANYWAY
I loaded the files then tried to install them using php @import material-design-discord
DINT WORK.
