Missing manual download

[dervishsloth]

I am getting the following error during the download

Primary Key (may not be helpful): HTTPDownloader+State|https://github.com/Mutagen-Modding/Synthesis/releases/download/0.29.2/Synthesis.zip

I have found the synthesis file and placed it in the tuxborn download folder but still having the same issue.
