No `linux-musl-$(Platform)` release

Tests on https://github.com/redhat-developer/dotnet-regular-tests pull Omnisharp release from here for testing. In working on redhat-developer/dotnet-regular-tests#192 to adapt the testing suite to Alpine, it fails due to no release for linux-musl. Since linux-musl platforms are officially supported by Microsoft, there should be a release for those platforms.
