Havoc Brother Replace 'Assault Rifle and CCW(A1)' with 'Pistol and CCW(A2)' adds extra CCW(A1)

When replacing the Assault Rifle on the basic Havoc Brother with a Pistol it should also replace the CCW(A1) with a CCW(A2)
But instead it adds a CCW(A2) resulting in this:

Note that removing the CCW from the Havoc Brother removes both of them.
