select and multiselect field not working

Summary
Tag based select and multiselect not woring properly, cant add new values.
Current behavior
Cant assign any value to the fields Categories and Priority.
How to reproduce
Install a fresh core with module tag and task.
Try to add a new record in these fields
Expected behavior
Can apply new values to select and multiselect fields if you have all necessary permissions
