Possible issue with accelerometer/orientation reported in Chrome

Hi,

Please see my issue here: aframevr/aframe#3650

Essentially WebVR sites are broken(-ish) since android 8 on 3T, not sure where issue lies exactly but would be great if someone could help rule out an OS issue.
