Web Console in GPIO Tool does not show PIN 13

After going through the update to latest and the web configuration wizard, I am in the console.
I have knowledge of the sketch code for arduino so I had tried to recreate a very basic test for my kids to play with.

I went into the GPIO Tool and in the top right in board layout pull down I get a white box that when I hover over it I can see the invisible text which lets me select Onion 2 or Addon Board.
When I select Addon Board it is for a different pinout configuration than the Arduino Style Board I bought.
It is missing pin 13 and so I had to modify my code to work, however I wanted it to be as close to the original so I didnt have to go through the explanation of the addon boards that I will have to do now.
