Provide a clear and concise description of the issue
FluidSynth shows up as an option for MIDI in the Libretro version of ScummVM, but not in the standalone/expert version.
Steps to Reproduce
- Launch ScummVM in the Expert menu
- Launch "~Run ScummVM"
- Tap the Global Options button
- Tap the MIDI tab
- The GM Device dropdown on the libretro core lists three options: "Don't use General MIDI music", "Use first available device", and "FluidSynth".
- That same dropdown on the standalone version is missing the "FluidSynth" option.
- Tap the Audio tab
- The "Preferred Device" dropdown on the libretro core lists "<default>", "No music", "FluidSynth", "MT-32 emulator", "AdLib emulator", "PC Speaker emulator", "IBM PCjr emulator", and "Creative Music System" emulator.
- That same dropdown on the standalone version is missing the "FluidSynth" and "MT-32 emulator" options.

I was able to select a soundfont (.sf2) file on the MIDI tab, but without being able to select a device to use it, it doesn't do me much good :)
