Provide a clear and concise description of the issue

The CUE and M3U generators' menu entries say that they generate these files "for PSX games" but, per the code behind them (CUE gen, M3U gen), they actually actually generate them for PS, SEGACD, NEOCD, PCE, PCFX, and AMIGA.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Head to Apps/Tweaks/Tools
  • View "Generate CUE files for PSX games"
  • View "Generate M3U files for PSX games..."

These two entries should instead say:

  • "Generate CUE files for BIN disc images"
  • "Generate M3U files for multi-disc games"

The help text that appears when pressing Select should also be updated to be platform-agnostic.

Provide any additional context or information that may help us investigate your issue

These are handy tools! Side note - I don't think any multi-disc games actually exist for Neo CD or PC Engine, but it doesn't hurt to leave that scan in.
