Doesn't seem to be much use in that? Normally it's only intended to be used within Atramahasis. The basic idea was that the default style that is now in Atramhasis (the development version and the scaffolds) gets replaced by the one that @TOM-VC has created.

If we create a pyAtramS, we could use it for the demo and for ...? A site about the project maybe? But other than that, I wouldn't know.
