Can you port load-from-fs to the core? Or as a standalone plugin watch-fs?

Do you think it is suitable for the core to have this feature? Or at least as a core plugin?
I have read some of the code, and can't find how you did this, can you teach me how you did this? I failed to create the https://github.com/linonetwo/tiddlywiki-plugins/tree/master/plugins/linonetwo/watch-fs plugin
And for features like multi user, would you consider split them to small plugins? I tried to include bob plugin in https://github.com/tiddly-gittly/TidGi-Desktop as default plugin, but I only need small subset of them. If you can split it, it would be helpfuyl.
Also, could you split tw-bob to several small plugins, so people can download them from CPL as needed?
I think this function is mostly in https://github.com/OokTech/TW5-Bob/blob/master/FileSystem/FileSystemMonitor.js
