not saving (sometimes)

i have some issue on saving sometimes;
e.g. when i import or update/install plugins or modify (even only a single) tiddlers via action-widget
the save button in the sidebar (sometimes) turns and keeps red and the last and all further changes dont get saved
no "red line connection lost" message though
pressing the save button does not help aswell
when i reload the page saving works again until the issue re-appears
first noticed on nodejs - tried with bobexe on localhost but same issue

any ideas?
