essay titles and headings need consistent capitalization

All essay titles and the headings of the sections in them need to have consistent capitalization. Right now they're pretty random.

Pretty random but overall I'm seeing a preference for Sentence case for section headings and Title Case for essay titles. Shall I do a pass to make those consistent with those rules? Anyone have another preference? I could also go for Title Case on all titles and section headings.

I think title case for essay titles is definitely good.
Subheadings would probably also be good but I am unsure what to do there.
