I could probably do this. Are you interested in a list of the authors who contributed to Open Advice, or a list of works cited/referenced by the authors in the chapters? Or both?

Also, how do you see yourself using the data? I can think of a couple of different ways of putting this together.

Here's what I came up with (generated by Mendeley). I hand-typed the author names so if someone could double-check this, that would be good.

This looks good. Just change Otens to Ottens, and Couglan to Coughlan. You should make a patch.

Thanks Carlson! If anyone makes a patch I'll approve it. I'm super busy at the moment so can't do it. I might get to it in the next days.
