Add a crash reporting to MSUI

We should have a possibility that an user can directly create an Issue on github or to file a bug report including the traceback, MSS version, OS used, dependency list

The idea for this issue stems from the RSMM publication, Practice Code: 1.2.5 https://zenodo.org/records/12742964
