"Add local molecule parameters" - (how) does it work?

In the attached project, there are two modules

1. PK-Sim module "iv 0.05 mg/kg (2 min)" containing a PBPK model of midazolam exported from PK-Sim
2. Extension module "Lysosome".

Module 2) has a new compartment "Lysosome", as well a top-level container "GlobalLysosomeParameters" with a molecule property Partition coefficient (water/lysosome)

In the PV BB of module 2), I want to add local parameters of the molecule "Midazolam" from the second module as well as "Molecule properties" for the molecule in the new containers. However, when I do this:

nothing is added.
