Ability to register custom games

In the normal Discord client, there is a menu in Settings called "Registered Games" where, among other things, the user has the ability to choose a program out of the running programs on their computer to be recognized as a game according to RPC. Of course, since RPC is officially only for the desktop app, this menu is not in the web-based version of Discord.
As far as I can tell, arRPC does not add this menu back to web-based clients (i.e. Armcord), so users cannot add custom games. I propose that arRPC re-enables this menu if possible or adds its own for custom games.
it would be very useful to get this since as time goes on more and more things seem to not be detected, CS2 that came out a few weeks or months ago, ea sport's WRC that just came out, as well as just adding smaller indie titles yourself or random applications etc, would be nice to see this as a feature
believe something like #20 could help solve this too, though having an in-gui option for just editing things for yourself is still a good idea and could work in combination with it i suppose

It would also be nice to remove some games from there too, since Dolphin Emulator likes to show a duplicate of it (it did it on the normal client too, but was able to turn it off with the registered games thing) and I wanna be able to remove normal Roblox from the RPC thing too, since I use Bloxstrap to do all of that now.
