Invalid Client ID Error on Developer Console

My developer console just shows this error every time i try to update my presence anywhere:

I also tried to use discord's endpoint directly on the browser but i got a different error:

Maybe some counter botting measures?

I found out i already had another app, such as PreMid or CustomRPC running on my computer, wich were connected to arRPC already, so i couldn't connect with other apps, running only one fixed the problem.
