Ability to express customer creation date in Open Bank Project

We don't appear to have a field for 'customer creation date` on the Customer object, is there somewhere else recommended to put this information? Perhaps it's a 'Know your customer' (kyc) thing?

Use case: Show me all customers who have been a customer for over x years.
